Irrigation Emergency Number 720-925-0283

Please call DCPS’s on-call tech for after-hours irrigation emergencies. A sprinkler emergency is defined as an irrigation-related failure involving continuous or uncontrolled water flow, significant flooding, property damage, unsafe conditions, or a major system malfunction that cannot reasonably wait until normal business hours. Examples may include a broken main irrigation line, a stuck valve causing water to continuously run, geysering water, or flooding impacting common areas, sidewalks, streets, or structures.

Broken sprinkler heads, minor irrigation leaks, or routine irrigation repairs are generally not considered after-hours emergencies and should be reported to info@the-cpms.com. In most cases, broken sprinkler heads only discharge water while the irrigation zone is actively running during its scheduled cycle.
